In particular, the project has brought in some degree in behavior change following series of community awareness by trained volunteers on personal and environmental hygiene that has led to reduction morbidity of diarrheal diseases that used to be very common in Wau. There is also increased health seeking behavior instead of community members going first to traditional healers. This has led to increase in facility attendance.
